1. Please download the application form first.
2. Then, applicants must upload the completed application form along with certified copies of the supporting documents. The supporting documents required are as follows:
a. Recent passport-sized photograph;
b. Copy of identification card/passport/PR card;
c. Certified copies of academic certificates
(SPM/STPM/Matriculation/Diploma/Degree/Masters/PhD);
d. Latest Curriculum Vitae (CV);
e. List of publications (Main Author/Co-Author) – if applicable;
f. List of Research Grants with amounts (Principal
Investigator/Member) – if applicable;
g. Employer's Confirmation Letter along with the Service Record Book
(For government officers in the Civil Service, Statutory Bodies, and Local Authorities in Malaysia only).
* Note: It can be emailed separately to the Appointment Section, Registrar's Office at pp_hr@unisza.edu.my if it is not uploaded together with the application form.
3. A processing fee of RM 10.00 will be charged for each application submitted for a position.
4. Failure to do so will result in the application being rejected/not processed.
Notes:
1. Name three (3) individuals (not relatives) as personal referees who can provide information about your abilities in teaching and research, as well as your professional competence, such as a postgraduate supervisor.
2. It is the applicant's responsibility to inform the personal referees about this application.
Criteria for the Appointment of Personal Referees:
1. The criteria for appointing Personal Referees are as follows:
a) They must not be a relative of the applicant, and they should be able to provide testimony regarding the applicant's teaching and research proficiencies, as well as their professional capabilities, for example, a supervisor of a higher degree.
b) They must possess expertise in the same field as the applicant or in a field related to the applicant's area of expertise.
c) They may be employed within or outside of UniSZA (either domestically or internationally).
d) They must hold a position with a higher grade than the applicant.
e) They must have previously served as a supervisor for master's or doctoral theses.
2. Exclusions for Personal Referees:
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Heads of Departments, Chairpersons of Divisions, Directors, Faculty Deans, members of the Selection Board, and members of the Board of Directors are not eligible to be nominated as Personal Referees.
Payment
Each application for this vacancy is subject to a PROCESSING FEE of
RM10.
The application will be processed after the payment transaction is CONFIRMED.
